Chaithra has contributed to the development and architecture of the IFC/World Bank EDGE Green Building Certification software over the past 15 years. She brings more than 17 years of domain expertise in net-zero strategy, embodied carbon analysis, and water-positive systems. Today, she leads NashZero full-time, transitioning deep industry knowledge into a scalable SaaS platform.
Ashok A Sanadi
CTO
Ashok served as a lead technical architect for the HVAC and MEP logic powering the global EDGE tool. With over 25 years of experience developing the engineering engines behind high-performance buildings, green codes, and net-zero delivery across India and international markets, he combines enterprise software architecture with deep mechanical domain expertise.
Mahesh Basavanna
Founder & Chairman
Mahesh is the original founder of McD BERL, bringing over 28 years of experience in high-performance engineering, sustainable MEP design, and simulation-led building optimization. Having contributed to the domain architecture for the World Bank's IFC/EDGE platform over 15 years, he provides NashZero with immediate industry credibility, trusted corporate networks, and strategic access to an initial pipeline of pilot projects.
